MOD isn't working.

I installed all of the animations correctly. When I download the Kinky World MOD, it downloads as a regular document, not a package like the rest of my MODS. I continue to place it in my packages folder. When I start my game, nothing changes. At all. All of my other MODS work. Can someone please help? I am dying to try this one out.

You need to extract downloaded .7z archive file, using 7-Zip or other tool.   

After you Extract the files, place them to mod/packages, you can use my example of directory structure:
