omg not again i realy dont know why it happens all npcs got black faces

 

even serana is black now how to fix ?

My load order the game does not crash my character face is normal

That screenshot is not showing your whole load order.

 

1. I would recommend getting rid of NMM as its crap.

2. Just use normal copy and paste.

3. Use bash to get your load order as shown in the thread I linked.

wyre bash says wrong load order ! i figured out what the problem was it was the mod Dawnguard Underworld vampire eyes ! And thanks for ur help Ark!

I'll have to take a look at the ini and check. Do you have Archive Invaildation enabled?

It's also included in the NMM you already have installed (if you haven't already uninstalled it). Go to the tool button at the top, you see 2 options - Reset UI and Archive Invalidation. If Archive Invalidation is checked, uncheck it, then recheck it. If unchecked, check it.

I have this same problem except it's not all NPCs. I'm using the Elin summon rice and I just noticed all of the Elin followers have very dark faces. But I'm sure on my end it was just an installation error for me due to them being glitchy in many other ways. I figure I'm probably going to install it manually.
