High Heels and Naked Sims

I have MCCC, WW, S4S and about 5,300 mods...but I can't find a way to edit naked [female] sims so they just wear high heels...is there a way? It may sound a bit weird, but I'm weird and proud of it!

Add heels to the Sim's underwear in the "Sim underwear" menu of WW. Then click your sim and there's an option in settings under nudity or sex (not sure which one) where you can specify what clothes to undress. I think it was something along the lines of "undress shoes with pants", which needs to not be checked for them keep them on. 

 

This is catch all though, so the dudes will keep their shoes on as well.
