Skyrim crashes when I save after sex

Hello!

 

I am relatively new to modding, so I'm having a little bit of difficulty troubleshooting this problem.  Whenever my character has sex with someone or himself, the game crashes when it tries to save.  This includes manual saving, quick-saving, waiting, changing locations, etc.  I read an older thread about SexLab's free camera causing a problem, but I have it turned off, I use a custom free camera, and Skyrim crashes even when I don't go into free camera mode.  Can anyone help me out here? Iv run into this many times. Try not to have the camera free when the scene ends, though currently I do not remember how to fix it entirely. I know how frustrating this can be, I hope this helped!
