What is the patch version 18.0.126

Hey guys,

 

i got the sims 3 a while ago and now i want to try to modify it.

And since i got the patchversion 18.0.126 somehow i don't know what kind of version mods i am able to install. 1.63 doesnt work... kinda.

When i install a mod from nraas (overwatch,dresser,careermod etc.) i cannot select any sim and when they laugh for example they get different voices (for example a female gets a manly voice).

Nraas's website doesn't cover my patchversion and a google search didn't help either.

Can someone help?

Maybe i got you wrong, friend. Forgive me then.
1.18 is super old, 2010.

Be sure to patch 1.67, or 1.69 when you got your Sims on Origin.
