[REQ] Clothes to negate vampire sunlight effects

I thought of this after seeing what serana does with her hood every time you walk outside. It got me thinking: wouldn't it be nice to be able to wear a hood and cancel the negative sunlight effects. I thought about having an enchanted hood that adds regeneration and fire resistance but each level of vampirism has different levels of weakness. Anyone think they can make clothes that toggles off the vampire sunlight script?

Something like the raincoat that Kanbaru wore when possessed by the Rainy-Devil in Bakemonogatari would be pretty cool.
