CTD before even reaching start menu

So as the title said I can't even reach the start menu without crashing. I've recently updated DDX, DDI, and DCL, FNIS to 7XXL, sexist guard, and merged a bunch of armor/clothing together in 1 plugin. I rebuilt the bashed patch. When I start the game, it loads for a little bit and then crashes on me. So I thought I was missing a masters and I checked. I was missing none of the sort. So my next best bet was to disable all of my mods and run skyrim as it was. Nothing. So I'm at a dead end.

I'm not sure why it happens, but sometimes (at least in my Skyrim) some mods loading in game even if they are unchecked in default launcher, best way to check if it so or not - temporarily move all your mod's ESP and ESM files to other folder and launch Skyrim without these. But if your "clean" skyrim crashes (and no mod tries to load even when unchecked) - maybe you should verify cache in Skyrim's properties in Steam?

As for CTD before title screen - in such case I always launch program named "TES5Edit", it tries to load everything like your Skyrim does, and if something wrong - it shows where exactly something wrong. But I'm not sure if it work if any mod manager is used.

I use mod organizer and I have tried verifying skyrim and nothing but now im trying to do TES5Edit Check

Figured out that it was a merge plugin that I tried to make for a lot of outfits.
