TripTease Posted December 20, 2017 Posted December 20, 2017 Hi, don't know if anyone knows how to do this but I got a nice body off a mod that I really want to make into a bodyslide preset to be able to use and change outfits to. Every time I use an outfit it goes to the set it is referenced to/bodyslide preset. I am able to use the body and have by removing and replacing the body file in the game folder but can not figure out how to make a preset for the shape. Can anyone help with this? I have the body and skeleton but am unable to figure how to convert it. Any help will do.
oldrayzor Posted December 20, 2017 Posted December 20, 2017 I know only a low-tech method. If you have the body files , femalebody_0 and femalebody_1, and you know the type of body you could make a backup of one of the presets (i.e. CBBE HDT Curvy), replace it with femalebody_1 and rename the file to the name being replaced. Now I've tried this in the past and it can work but it aint perfect because you're getting only half the information.

I have all the files femalebody_1 and _0 plus the skeleton facegen data hands and feet but want to use it to change all the outfits for that body without completely rearranging the game around if you know what I mean.
oldrayzor Posted December 20, 2017 Posted December 20, 2017 You want to have separate outfits for that specific body? is that what you are after?
Pauduan Posted December 20, 2017 Posted December 20, 2017 Load the body you want by pointing bodyslide at it, and set it as the reference shape. Then load the outfit you want and manually shape it to fit the body. You will have to do this for both weights if you want weight slider support. Save your project, then export the .nif files. I do know you can save that conversion as a slider set, but I haven't tried that.
TripTease Posted December 20, 2017 Author Posted December 20, 2017 Thanks i'll try that option and see if it works
TripTease Posted December 20, 2017 Author Posted December 20, 2017 Ok I tried it but failed. I have no clue how to do this. The body keeps wanting a preset to make an xml. I'm done
