CTD in Skyrim WorldSpace

 Hi folks, like the title says I get a CTD in a certain region of Skyrim. And was wondering how to hunt down the culprit. Done Loot, Bashed, Fnis, tired to use TesEdit but can't seem to find the problem.

  Any Ideas on how to hunt down this CTD?, yes i Have crash fixes.
