Ok to delete ?

Ive got loads of files as shown in the following attatchment  in my sims 3 folder, is it ok to delete them ?

Yes. You can safely delete *.log, *.mdmp, *Cache.package, .txt, .xml from "Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3"
