Impossible Heels

recently I saw this topic: https://www.loverslab.com/topic/43372-sims-3-leather-pumps-“impossible-heels”-edit/ But it is for Sims 3. Is there any possibility to do this or something like this in Sims 4?

I gotta agree with Effendi, (you have damn good taste!) we need something like this 'coz literally I've just seen such horrible designs and the only amazeballs pair I've seen is too long so you'd have to edit the height of the sim (  ). so I dunno if anyone is up to the challenge to maybe mod/fix these https://www.thesimsresource.com/downloads/details/category/sims4-shoes-female-teenadultelder/title/for-pose-use-only--high-heels-pumps--7.6-inches-(matt)/id/1354407/.

 

(also I dunno if its just me or if anyone else has been having issues with the actual heel of the foot while wearing heels...the heel seems skew and flat...no volume to the foot making it look like someone squeezed the heel with a vice grip.
