Voice of talkers getting cut off when turning around?

Hi,

 

after the Win10 memory patch i actually removed around 50Gb worth of screenarchery mods and started playing Skyrim again :-)

Problem:

 

----> When NPCs are talking and i turn my back on them, their voice does sometimes get cut off for a second.

 

 

Is this a known problem in Skyrim? It's been ages since i last did a serious playthrough.

I believe this is a  problem of the game, having noticed it on at least 4 different installs on different pc's going from winxp, win7 and win10.
