The Lonesome Spirit Posted December 10, 2017 Posted December 10, 2017 What says EA folder is missing? Origins? or just a weird pop-up? And if so what are you trying to do? Sorry, but this post is pretty vague.
autobanned Posted December 10, 2017 Posted December 10, 2017 this couldd be privileges restriction, try execute the installer as adminstrator

Eryz Posted January 8, 2018 Posted January 8, 2018 Hello ! I have the same problem as faroutinspace0. I wanted to reinstall WickedWhims. So I deleted all the data from previous backups. I put the ZIP file in "Mods" and unzipped. 3 files will appear: A WickedWhimsMod folder with TURBODRIVER_WickedWhims_Scripts.ts4script, TURBODRIVER_WickedWhims_Tuning.package and ww_cas_parts.json, an information file and a command called "OPTIONAL WINDOWS AUTO INSTALLER". So I try to run this command to install WW but each time, the same message is registered (screenshot). Running the command in admin mode does not solve the problem The EA file is well put in my documents and my other mods work properly ... Someone would know where the problem comes from? Thanks a lot for your help !
Simite Posted January 11, 2018 Posted January 11, 2018 I don't know how to fix the problem with the installer, but you can just extract the 3 files from the zipped file into your mydocument/sims4/mods folder and no installation required beyond this.
Eryz Posted January 11, 2018 Posted January 11, 2018 I just solved my problem. I deleted the WickedWhims installation command and left the files in Documents / Sims 4 / Mods and everything seems to work properly now. Thanks for the reply Simite;)
