Im looking for the hair used in this picture

I've already tried looking up "skyrim hime hair" but none of them seem to have this hair

It's kinda awkward to see in action.  It doesn't flow when running, and you can expect it to always clip through something, so be wary if you really want to use it.  It's probably fine for screen archery. If you actually intend to play with it, you'll probably be too busy laughing at it.  Again, very clipping prone.  I notice in your screenshot there, the artist picked a pose and angle to hide the clipping as best as possible.

Found a mod that contains a hime cut closer to the classical look.
