How to create a shemale?

I've watched several videos, and read several google results but I haven't found a straight answer. 

 

I am aware of the gender selection menu. I'm using wickedwhims, and most of the extras for it, up to patch 1.31 (June 2017). 

 

I have seen some people either select male, with female build. However the boobs appear to be not as big as I am looking for my shemale. Also underwear cannot be removed.

 

And when I try choosing female, and select yes in the bottom option (does this sim have a penis), but no penis shows up, just a vagina.

It shows up when the Sim removes their lower garments in the game world. It only shows up in CAS if one chooses a female Sims with masculine frame when the Lunar Eclipse penis  is installed.

If you make a female sim with penis capabilities enables it will not show in edit mode, but WILL show up black in game. You need to select a default penis from the wicked whims menu.

I have finally figured this one out if you haven't already. You need the latest wicked whims. Once you have that create a FEMALE sim. In the drop down gender specifications menu select "Sim has a penis".  The penis will not show up in edit mode. 

 

Start your game. Select your sim and then go to the Wicked Whims options penis. Select whatever default penis you want. Now to be sure it worked Select naturism and have your sim completely undress. They should now have a penis.
