Outfit glitch

So you know when we change sims outfits in sims 4, we can have 5 different outfits in one category? Well lately I've realized whenever I have my sims have sex, all the outfits get turned into the same outfit. What's that about? Is it a glitch or is there a setting that can change that?

I am seeming to have the same problem, which I am hoping can potentially be fixed. Except only one of my sims are having this problem, it looks like all of your sims seems to lose all of their outfits.

Actually yeah like you, it's just one of my sims. Sorry I wasn't more clear.

I find it easier to select outfits if I have nudity disabled. I can use the WW Outfit menu to change their outfit or undress completely
