Oblivion Weapons Elven Set Full

I have been converting some weapons from Oblivion.

I'm going to convert all the weapons.

The first set i have done is the elven set (i think it's more nice than skyrim elven set)

All the weapons are here and there is a bonus: glass mace and ebony long sword. The weapons are standalone and craftable in any forge.

Hello, seeing that you were able to successfully convert Oblivion weapons and meshes to be able to appear in Skyrim, I would like to know in detail how you were able to convert the meshes and files so they were able to work in Skyrim. So far I've got Nifskope, 3ds Max, Blender and Creation Kit. If you can read this and give me some good advice, I would appreciate this.

There was guide at tesalliance how to port oblivion weapons into Skyrim, and it can be fully done in nifskope.
 

So no blender, 3ds max or such needed.
But I wasn't able to find that tutorial anymore..
