What are YOUR "Must Use" Mods?

So, I'm just getting back into Fallout after spending several months off the grid, and a LOT has changed!  I'm sure I'm not the only one who has missed out on months and MONTHS of modding, and would really benefit from hearing the thoughts of those who've kept up with this wonderful, crazy community of proud misfits!  So, for this purpose, I now ask the following question: for your next Fallout 4 playthrough, which mods would be a MUST HAVE for your game?  Mods you just can't seen yourself playing the game without anymore?  You can cover anything!  Gameplay tweaks, model/texture replacers, settlement tools, body overhauls, new weapons, new armor, interface overhauls, new animations, etc.  Which mods that have you grown to love or depend on SO much, that you can practically guarantee that if you were to delete your files and start from scratch, they would be near the top of your priority on your to-do list?

 

Feel free to only list one or two of your all time favorites, or go nuts and give us the entire loadout!  Remember, threads like this are LIFESAVERS for those who are feeling overwhelmed and could really benefit from other peoples' success stories!

Besides the basic must have or don't play, like CBBE, looksmenu etc...

 

tales of the commonwealth - I discover this only this week when i back to fo4, is a must have, they put a LOT of content in the game without breaking the vanilla, is all integrated, you cannot tell what is vanilla and what is modded.

Place anywhere (this lets you build stuff so much easier, must have if you like settlement building)

Scrap anything (being able to get rid of a lot of trash and brambles is amazing for me :p )

portable junk recycler (can save you a lot of carry weight if you know what junk items will have lower weight when scrapped down compared to the junk item itself, means less running back and forth while looting places)

Because making settlements is easily the biggest draw for me, my necessities are largely relating to that:

 

Homemaker, OC Decorator, Northland Diggers, Functional Displays, etc for extra items and decoration. Increased Settler Population mod. Enhanced Build Limit. Place Anywhere. Basically anything that gives me the most freedom to do whatever I want to settlements. (Also not above cheating a little with things that increase the range of passive power and stuff.) I also have Better Settlers, Unique Settlers, etc etc.
