ww Mod doesn't work?

I hope Im doing this right, if not, forgive me. The mod doesn't work in my game anymore and I've been having this problem for a while now. I've uninstalled an reinstalled, still doesn't work. Made sure my game is up to date along with the mod. Cleared my saves. Took out the Resources.cfg but every time I run my game it comes back. I took every mod and even cc out of my mods folder and just put in WW and animations. It still doesn't work. Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?
