Do you need any particular mod or just any black dress? If the black dress, then you can choose any dress that you like and make it black in the graphic editor. Its very simple.
As for black hair, in this archive (HelenaBlackHairs) there are 4 different black hairstyles for Helena.

Maybe you mean mod of Daisy Johnson? This mod fits your description and exists for Helena. However, for some reason, the head in this mod is separated from the body by a rather large gap. This is not quite clear to me.

Better use Daisy's mod for Ayane, this mod is fine.
