Help finding what else to do. ..

Recommended Posts

Well there i was  this saturday finished skyrim for billion time, no complain there but, decided to start a new char. And it happened, there nothing else to do no sidequest interesting enough to replay, the main well is fun the first 12 times and at that. point is i dont know what else to do in skyrim. so i created this thread to ask all of you. the labs mods added a lot if not the main reason i keep playing but even them cant stop me from feeling like i dont want to play skyrim anymore, so i ask all of you, if you could give me interesting ideas or playmodes to regain my pasion for such game since the elder scroll 6 is nowhere near sadly and fallout 4 is a replay joke. if not ideas at least point on the direction of good games to try. i just finished the witcher 3 with dlc included and i plan to replay the shite out of it because holy wow that game is replay value least since its my first time. but i dont want to just delete skyrim, please help.

thanks in advance and sorry but messy writting english is not my native lenguage.

If i posted this wrongly tell me and i will remove it thanks!

I just completed Watch Dogs. It was free for a few days, not it is really cheap if you want to try it.

I liked the game lot.

Not too much modding possible, but the story is well done (not annoying) and the gameplay is really good (hard when you are learning, but once you get used to the various tactics it is really fun.)

And it has a lot of contents. To complete the whole game and all the side quests (that are about 200) took me 122 hours of playing.

(And I did not yet start the only DLS available that is called Bad Blood.)

Two worlds 2 is not bad...   A little older but still quite fun as an rpg.  http://store.steampowered.com/app/7520/Two_Worlds_II_HD/

Graphics will be a little dated.

Assassins creed black flag was a LOT of fun http://store.steampowered.com/app/242050/Assassins_Creed_IV_Black_Flag/

Gothic 3 is pretty good too.. again graphics are a bit dated though.  http://store.steampowered.com/app/39500/Gothic_3/

There is also risen http://store.steampowered.com/app/40300/Risen/  only 10 bux on steam i think.

Vampire the masquerade is quite old..  but... one of  my favourites.   http://store.steampowered.com/app/2600/Vampire_The_Masquerade__Bloodlines/

Very good if you are into vampire rpgs.  Pretty decent game.

Ahh sorry after reading your post again, I think I was just braindead when I read it the first time, I just noticed that you want ideas for fresh gameplay for SKYRIM and not alternatives ><   There is a LOT you can do to make skyrim fresh.

You can add completely new lands and go through their content.. mods such as https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/84946/ Beyond Bruma.  These are whole new experiences and there are many many more of these.. such as

- Vigilant https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/67103/

Legacy of the Dragonborn - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52248/? is also a GREAT way to replay the game.  If you add all the mod quests it supports,  there is a MASSIVE amount of content, and you will have a good time rebuilding the guild and becoming an archaeologist.  Don't stress the main quests as much this time around but play from the perspective of an archaeologist with the legacy guildhouse in solitude as your main focus.   The best part is not only will you be able to display all your triumphs in the game, but you will get hints toward everything you may have missed before.  On top of that.. since it supports so many really well done quest mods, if you have added them... you will get an entirely fresh new game.

3dNPC - https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/8429/  go through the game with these followers... they have so many comments about the stuff you have already experienced.. that their companionship will bring back a little bit of joy to your game.  Get one of the superfollowers early and they'll comment and even give hints as to stuff you may have missed before.  Zora Fairchild is a good one to get early.

On that note you can play also with a few other followers with a vast catalog of comments.

- Inigo https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/40960/

- Aurlyn dawnstone https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/3050-aurlyn-dawnstone-the-reclusive-philosopher/

On a loverslab note.. you could play the game with

- Amorous adventures - https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/984-amorous-adventures-v321-20170910/

This adds a little adult fun and well integrated kick to old quests you may have done before.  You won't regret it.

If you want to completely step away from the skyrim experience.. but still play skyrim...  well there is also Enderal

https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/77868/   This uses skyrim in a whole new envoironment.

Turn based:

Fantasy - Endless Legend is great - http://store.steampowered.com/app/289130/Endless_Legend/

their sci fi sister game is good too - Endless Space http://store.steampowered.com/app/208140/Endless_Space__Collection/

You can go with classics like civilization as well.

Age of wonders 3 was also a pretty good one - http://store.steampowered.com/app/226840/Age_of_Wonders_III/ although may be slightly dated on gfx now.

Can't help much with RTS, I play fewer of those...

but I did enjoy

Supreme commander: http://store.steampowered.com/app/9350/Supreme_Commander/

Starcraft 2 - http://us.battle.net/sc2/en/buy-now/

and I assume you already played WC3

Some supply line strategy games are good too.

Like the anno franchise - http://store.steampowered.com/sale/anno

Or settlers 7 - http://store.steampowered.com/app/901249/The_Settlers_7_Paths_to_a_Kingdom_Deluxe_Gold_Edition/
