Issue with bodies

So I use 7base oppai body for my player character. I use the same body for a follower mod. However, the breasts are slightly larger on the follower than they are on my player character. What is causing the discrepancy between the two? Both weight sliders are set to 1. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

If follower have custom skeleton - then body proportions can be tweaked in this skeleton.

Or maybe you tweaked proportions of your character via racemenu (or ECE) and got smaller breast.

NPC weight and player weight will effect the max size as well...  if they are less than 100 weight in the data files..  then they will be smaller.   If you change their weight mid game, you may need to disable them and then enable them for the changes to complete properly.  There are also some factors that may cause differentiation between races... such as scale.. smaller races will appear to have smaller breasts, but the proportions would be the same.
