[SEARCH] Separate BodySlide parameters for NPCs

So lets say I have CBBE bodies with XP32 skeleton and bodyslide. I can edit any bodypart size/parameter for my PC in racemenu. As for NPC's - nope, no way.
As far as I understood from my searching, all the npc's have universal parameters which can only be changed as all at once through modding tools and won't save otherwise.
Nontheless, I have seen many mods for breast scaling which allow you to mess with npc settings through override, yet all of them work on a limited number of parameters, not always the desirable ones.

All the solutions I have found are either partial or change body types like CBBE to UNP etc. but not CBBE bodyslide settings.

The closest I fund so far was Egg factory which allowed to set up some bodyslide parameters for breast and belly and activate them on npc's by putting an egg in their inventory.

I do not look for making the entire Skyrim population diverse, but it would be nice to have the ability to make at least one separate set of bodyslide settings and apply them on NPC at will.

Is there any mod that just gives you access to full bodyslide settings like in racemenu and transfers them on NPC through item or spell?

The easiest way to do this would be to   make the changes , save the settings as a preset, and convert that preset to a suit of clothing /armour.

then place the new armour/ clothing into the inventory of the desired NPC, and have them equip it.

Wow, never new it can be done like that. That would be just perfect.
Can you share some wisdom on how to do it?

Still in the learning process myself.  I am studying mods in FO4  "diverse bodies" in this mode the body shape comes with the clothing.  But, in another mod  also in FO4, they do the same thing with nude bodies.  The body shapes and the nude suits are treated as a piece of clothing.  It is all done in bodyslide, so I am trying to learn how to do it myself.
