Can anyone help with Finis errors?

I was updating a few mods today, and installed the new version of NMM, and also deleted a few mods I didn't like getting ready for a fresh new game and this popped up after running Finis.  I don't think I have ever had a warning or error before with Finis.  I uninstalled and re-installed a couple of times but it is still happening.  I'm not really sure how to find the mod that is giving me the problems, I haven't added any, just updated. A huge thank you if anyone has a guess.
