Given the proximity between the two body parts, i think it would cause a lot of issues with collisions + Plus animators have to take care of two holes instead of one ;)

Oh yeah... the two holes would be flapping open / closed like mad!!! It would be comical but totally immersion breaking... the method of detecting penis to vagina is not very precise but it is as precise as it can be, so I am more than sure if a dick was anywhere near either hole, your female would flap herself to Mars!
