Having trouble running lovers

I have installed all the official/unofficial oblivion patches, SI, OBSE 0200, lovers resource and LoversWithPK Rev91.

 

In the game, the Sense Sexual Exploits and Sexual Exploits are added to my list of lesser powers, but I couldn't find out how to actually do anything.

 

I searched through the forums and the FAQ and then read that LoversWithPK needs plugins to be able to do anything, so I tried LoversRaperS Shadow 1.32b and the included Rape Contact lesser power doesn't work; I've tried it on 3 seperate NPCs
