Sim don't skill up certain skills

So it seems my sim has totally stopped leveling certain skills. The ones I have noticed is phothography, wellness and singing, as well as the mod-added skills of modeling and simstagram. Other skills seem to work just fine although there could be ones I just haven't noticed.

 

Anyone know what could cause it? 

 

I am running a buttload of mods, the big ones with scripts attached being WW, MCCM, Basemental drugs, road to fame, extreme violence, occult succubus, andrew poseplayer, emotional inertia, uncomfortable overhaul and variable emotional traits. The rest is mostly just clothes and tattoos, as well as a couple of custom traits and the bimbo ambition & trait.
