Leash Visual Effect

Anyone good with the creation kit and magic visual effects? Want to play with this and see if you can pull off a decent visual effect for leashes? 

 

In the CK: Search 'Dark_' under all or go in game and use the console to find 'Dark_SpellTest' and use player.cast spellid targetRef left to test it out. Just needs a decent chain-esque visual effect I think, not my area though.
