help for mods

hello, here I download monli race and loli world but the files:
terahairweightfix.ESM
n_43 hair pack.ESM
Monli.esm

the files there i but the game is requesting the ESM.
  terahairweightfix.ESp
n_43 hair pack.ESp
Monli.esp

its missing, so that I have everything download. And there is a monli 2 too monli 3? what does it change compared to 1?

one last thing, do you have the arms / armor / enb and wings of the guy who is called "Apollyn" Here is his mod:https://forum.wiwiland.net/index.php?/topic/53202-ma-vision-de-skyrim-en-anime/

I can not find the mod that makes all npc's in monli race (in small size) as the mods of the guy. Then if I have to do it myself (already I do not know if I could succeed) but you need the basic software to change the npc's?
