Try playing around with Complextion setting,

There may also be heads setting

Eyebrows could do the trick,

 

Basically you have something that has changed your female Nords default head in CK not the actual head nif though

Got a similar issue with SBF-ALL in one female overhaul #1 on Nexus.

 

So it was complexion if I remember right, setting it too like 0 did the trick.

I tried setting the complexion to 0 and tried to adjust the brows but nothing changed.

You need to use the "sculpt" setinng that you can find in the upper right section of the picture / racemenu ingame.

The brows were not tailored for the head you are using, that's why it clips through / within it.

By sculpting you can correct that.. but create the rest of the char first.

 

By the way, the head texture doesn't fit well to the body.
