Sick Sim?

Any way I can make a sim vomit at will anywhere? I have a sim character who's always sick and bulimic, but eating rotten food doesn't get me any results. They just get nauseated and nothing happens. The animations are all in game already I just need the ability to make it happen anywhere at anytime on command. Preferably in the toilet or on the floor is good enough.
