Install Mods then SKSE64 Last

I found a problem with SKSE64 that is kinda annoying but Skyrim still works if you do this: Make sure once you add and install mods you run FNIS, LOOT and SSEEDIT, just do sort masters in SSEEDIT no cleaning to be safe, then do everything again after creating a bash patch with Wyre, then do not do anything else and just manually install SKSE64 without the Src folder, unless your a modder, and just load the game through it.

An Alpha is considered not to be stable, so you use it at your own risk and a problem or issues might emerge anytime when using an Alpha.

Also, make sure you're using the correct version of SKSE64.

Oh and also make sure you try and run SKSE64 twice, once when steam is not active to run steam and SSE, then exit launcher and run SKSE64 again and you should go right in with no problems.
