Sugar Daddy/Mistress Career

So I have a sim who is living in an apartment in San Myshuno and she is seeing a married man. I was thinking it would be awesome if someone made a mod that allowed for a sim to basically live as a paid mistress. It would not be a traditional career, obviously, but there could be things that your sim would have to do in order to get paid the max amount, like go out on a date , have sex in a public place, specific sexual favors, etc.... I just thought it would be fun if this could be a "career" in the game.
