this mod needs SKSE and after my knowledge there is not yet SKSE64.

I'm not up to date here (SKSE64), therefore I wrote, I could be wrong.

A partial version of SKSE64 is available, but it doesn't have full functionality yet.

 

That should be available sometime next year.
