Last Round Photo Studio how to get other files for edited costumes

There's always 4 files. Tmcl I think, tmc, p, and c. When you save they only give you a tmc. Now what?

I have little experience with the LR PS, however I remember that TMCL-files are also sometimes created. If there are no new ones, then take the old, they too will work.

For editing C-files there is a separate program.

because tmc file is only file need to edit costume, of course you still need tmcl file for mod function

You do not have to do anything else. You simply rename this file and return it to the folder from which you took it.
