The UVs are messed up for the nif.

It looks as though the seam edges have been welded, or removed.

this is odd since before importing it into outfitt studio the uv´s are just fine

Did you export it as an .fbx and import that to outfit studio?

When i just tried that it messes up the UVs like you pictured.

Try exporting a .obj or a .nif instead, both looked to keep their proper UV layout when imported to outfit studio.
