Whenever I try to open MO it gives me an error that I have to close multiple times

i guess you didn't google this issue?

Anyway, i've never heard of this problem but googling the title of your thread i came up with this Nexus mod that claims to fix the issue:

https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/79160/?

MO still doesnt open, I can only launch SKSE executable

The directions on that mod page tell you what to do before you open and run MO. You just need to read the page.

You do not have to open MO to run or be able to launch MO in order to use that Nexus mod.

I placed them both in the right folder and read the directions but the problem is still persisting.

You could try posting the full error message. Maybe yours doesn't say that's the .dll that is misbehaving. i mean maybe the one provided with the nexus mod isn't the .dll error yours says is missing? Google suggested there is at least two other .dll issues that can cause that error:

https://www.sevenforums.com/gaming/151660-xinput1_3-dll-errors-fix.html

But if you post/read your full error message - it looks like that's the .dll you should be looking to put in your launcher folder. Or ! at least that's what it looks like you need to do from googling around - but your google fu is as good as mine so you can try other solutions out there.

OH! and you could also try putting the replacers for the problem .dll in Mod Organizer's actual "DLL" sub-directory, instead of in MO's main directory where the ModOrganizer.exe is. It might be worth a shot.

It is saying that the "Qt5Core.dll is not designed to run on windows or it contains an error"

I have the same issue, and I have a workaround, but would love a full fix.

Install MO again in another location ( I made a new folder on my desktop and put it there ). Don't bother with settings/ ect. Open file explorer and open the new copy of MO. Open the DLLs file. Find the Qt5Core.dll and drag it onto your desktop ( or somewhere you can find it easily ). You can now delete the new copy of MO.

Now, anytime your normal MO gives you that error and fails to launch, right click and copy the Qt5Core.dll file on your desktop ( or where ever you put it ) then open MO in file explorer, open the DLLs file, and paste it in the folder. You will get a message that the file already exists, select replace the file in this destination. Now launch MO as usual.

Bit of a pain in the ass, but it works. Been launching it this way for months.

Np.Glad I could help.

If anyone else has a permanent solution instead of my bandaid fix, I'd still love to hear it ????.

And if I fool around and find one, I'll be sure to let you know.
