[Search] Acrobatic Combat Animations and NPC editor?

I don't know if these exist, but I am wondering if there are any acrobatic combat animations? Anyone who played Dark Souls 3 would probably be able to tell what I mean, since I have the ported Abyss Watcher armor I was hoping to find a combat animation that included flips and spins.

 

As well, I was wondering fi there was an in game npc editor, I think I recall a video (Perhaps from Gamespot I think) that had them changing some npc's in game, I know there is an editor, but it doesn't use the in game race menu.
