Fast Foward and Delays

Dunno what causes it, like, fast fowarding makes time goes to 12pm, but when you stop it whoops, we time travelled to 9am, also sometimes the sims just take long to start or do stuff, they look at a plate for 2 hours, and i mean that cause if you're fast fowarding they will in fact look at it for 2 hours, i have to keep pausing and unpausing which is annoying.

I guess it has to do with the script mods, but, is there any way around these? other than removing said mods? i like my sims to do what i dont do irl and feel sad about it later, i like that, i like feeling sad and contemplating what a big loser i am, it's a lovely feeling that i want to keep it going.

There is a lot of different reasons for the game to lag. Big amounts of anything (Sims, objects, interactions) will cause that. And fast forwarding time only makes it worse.

This forum isn't really the best to look for help with the game lagging.
