bag of dicks is probably your best bet atm, simple system that treats penis like a strapon (i.e. equip it when you want it) and you can select from a range of them at the chem station. and if you use foreplay it has a version that stops it being stripped for animations! link:

But, I'm just gonna share, at least in my book... if it has a penis it is not a woman. I don't know how it would be classified by a doctor, though, but real life is a lot more complicated. Even still, as soon as I see a penis I believe I am looking at a man, even if he has a feminine body. But that's my book, not yours.

I did find a thread on reddit about this controversy, but since a videogame character can't have real emotions or beliefs it seems irrelevant to me.

Okay, but did ya really need to say... Pretty much all of that. I get it is your opinion, but I don't recall anyone asking for it. If we did, I think we'd let you know. I'm not gonna voice my opinion on it because this isn't the place, nor did anyone ask. It would however suck royally if a transgender person happened upon "Your opinion" and felt like shit the rest of the day after reading it.
