Is there guide/tutorial on creating Crafting books like the ones in Bikini armor and other?

I going to start another play through and I've the textures set and figured most of the mods  to run. The armor and clothes mods though..the clutter is real...

 

Either I'm searching for the wrong or I'm really thick(probably both), but I haven't found anything to get started.

Do you mean that you want to make a recipe appear in the list only when there is a book (or another item) in the player's inventory?

If so - it's all made via conditions list in item recipe.
