With that said I do appreciate that you're trying to help me with the shadow issues. It's a shadow stripping bug. I had to restart all over again. I got it working through trial and error but it wasn't from the steps you made. Apparently I had to delete the ini file from the main game and changing some of the sliders from the launcher for it to work. Which is weird since I usually relied on beth ini to do it. I want to completely disable shadows because it looks hideous and takes off performance. I use enbs without shadows, but with lighting/weather mods. Also I'm quite new to editing ini files so performance qualitiy is indeed a big reason. Link to comment

I'm not a fan of this tool, makes some weird settings and cause a lot problems. The last time i used it an tried to disable all forms of anti aliasing, i could no longer use autosave and quicksave, and could only get rid of the issues by deleting the ini's, and start from scratch.
