Where can I find/how do I make armor like this?

I am looking for "almost full armor". That has a skimpy bottom, protection on the arms etc, but fully exposed breasts. It would be a massive bonus if it were for CBBE. Any ideas?

You might want to check out http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/13004. There is also a version for UNP if you prefer that body type.

Figured it out. You need Remodeled Armor CBBEv3M by MAK. Here is what I have put together, looks flipping awesome. Thanks guys!
