So I do have other mod but not on, there is something wrong with the [CAN] Online Commentary ability, it's activating randomly on NPCs even before I activate it from the menu...They are shooting out rainbow turds and sounding like Tusken Raiders from Star Wars...

I mean the game is running fine, I just don't want this on because I try and talk to NPCs and then they just start tooting their own horns...

Speaking of horns the cows are not showing up, red box white !, I did the whole delete the ini's in the docs and the Appcache in steam and shutting down my computer and turning it back on to re hook everything...
