Hi

 

Yes is possible. You need open with 3d application (I am use 3DSMAX with nif plugin) and fit to favorite body model (unp, cbbe, unpb, vanila). Reskin, weight vertice and put dismember modifier and save to new nif. Need open vanilla armor with nifskope and copy shader parameter. Is not for beginner.

It's easy and clearly written - will allow you to convert almost ANY clothing from a lot of games (including Oblivion) to Skyrim .
