Pie/Interaction Menu Lag With KW Installed

Recommended Posts

Hi, ever since I installed KW I've been experiencing lag whenever I click on a sim. It only happens when I click on a sim. Now, I used to have this mod on my old desktop (which sadly is deceased now. But I expected the problem to be just my desktop until...) then I had recently bought a new laptop. Brand now, about 2 1/2 weeks old now. I reinstalled just the base game and with just KW alone in my mods folder. The lag is still there. Now it isn't a very drastic lag, it takes a little less than 3 full seconds for it to appear. But it's such a nuisance! I have a HP Envy 17. I will post my specs at the end of this post. However, prior to buying this PC I made sure that the specs were more than capable of running TS3 + ALL my mods. So I don't understand what's the deal here :/ I'm 80% certain it's this mod causing the problem. I honestly don't know anymore. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me finally find a solution. I've tried and tried to google this issue and very few titles come up. It seems to be a one of a kind problem, but I'm clearly not the only one. I don't know what to do anymore. Don't know if it's relative or not, but the base game I installed is completely authentic, installed by disc if that makes any difference. Here are the things I've tried already:

- Spent $1400+ on a completely new system (HA)

- Updated to the latest version I(v.036 or something)
- Delete sims 3 folder
- Remove Mods folder

- Fresh install of the all Sims games. At the moment I have only the base game installed and there is STILL lag. So ruling out my copies being the problem.
- Played in small world with no sims but my own
- Lowered graphics settings
- Optimized my graphics card
- Reduced FPS to 60fps
- Use Razer Booster to delete background processes during gameplay

Here is my System Information taken from my DxDiag report. Let me know if there is anything else I should include:
EDIT: I'll just include the whole damn file as an attachment. Save some time.
