re:wickedwhims and other mods

hi .. i am new to these downloads and was just wondering if i had to dl ww first to make these other mods work or do i need something else for the animations to work properly in game?

At lot of the body and clothing mods will work independently but Wickedwhims is required to be able to use the animations and also is loaded with many other features too
