(Request) Looking for a mod that improve NPC relationship rank through conversation

I navigate a lot on the nexus and here too (including other sites) but never found a mod like that. Some sort of simple dialogue tree to explore and improve relationship rank with ANY NPC in the game. Something like this: imagine you approach to Sven in Riverwood  say hi and start a friendly converstion do some simple random compliment-like comment and start improving the relationship with him every time you talk with him depending on your speech lvl... bang! it is done 

 

I already tried these but not helping:

 

SexLab Eager NPCs

You can increse the relationship rank... but only through sex, sex, sex...

 

Social NPCs

This is fantastic but only works on certain specific npc in 2 cells

 

Relationship Dialogue Overhaul

this only improve the comments of certain npc depending on your actual relationship rank so... no

 

Immersive Citizens – AI Overhaul

Same as above

 

Interesting NPCs

Same as above and only with its own quest and a lot of other elements

 

the only mod I found kinda useful to increase the relationship rank to lvl 1 "friend" is Give Gifts to anyone in Skyrim, but you have to buy frienship that way

I never tried this mod but it seems like what you're looking for, I'm not sure if the dialogue tree will lead you to instant sex or just relationship gain without sex. Edit: Just tried this mod, works like the description stated, I talked to Hod (Gerdur's husband) for a while and his relationship rank went up from acquaintance to friend, we didn't even have sex.
