How do I keep sim at same weight?

Hi all--I did a search for "weight" and I didn't see anything.  I like some of my sims the size I designed them-so I don't want them to gain or lose any weight-  Of course I want them to be 10 fitness or eat what they want.  Is there a way I can keep the sim the same size I created?  I heard MC Control Center has something, but I didn't see it under any of the options.  Is there another mod that does this?

If you want a sort of lore friendly way to keep your weight, you can become a sorcerer with the become a sorcerer mod, then you can transfer or get fat and muscle from another sims, i think it's pretty cool.

I keep my sorcerer sim at 0 weight and muscle this way, and use a skin overlay so she doesn't seem too skinny.
