I follow him on Tumblr and saw those pics in one of his posts but I don't remember this armor in none of his mods, maybe it'll be released in a future armor pack or something !!!

Did you look about dark disciple? its my be a indice.

But i think its surely a mashup, cuz nyotengu or catwoman suit follow the same type of clothing
